It's 3pm on Day 7 of the Rebelle Rally. We've just spent the last 8 hours driving through the Glamis sand dunes as the temperature climbed to almost 100 degrees.
I have a problem with free time... the first step is admitting it, right? The idea that I was about to enter a bright, shining abyss of no alarm clocks, no responsibilities, and no timelines was just too much for me. I couldn't be content to just drive off into the sunset for three years of blissful freedom... no I had to commit to participate in a Rally that would take over the first two weeks of our trip and would require all of my free time for the next two months to prep... Yep, I have a problem.
